Terms and Conditions


**all clients are required to confirm an appointment by entering card details which are stored securely by an external GDPR safe company. Details are not shared with the salon**
By entering card details clients are agreeing to the below terms and conditions. Failure to enter card details will result in appointments being removed.


Cancellations/no shows/rescheduling

We require 24 hours notice to reschedule an appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling within the 24 hour time period will be charged 50% of the treatment costs. Any failure to attend an appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the treatment costs.

Please ensure when booking an appointment you choose the correct service required to allow your therapist the required time to complete the appointment: ie; nail art.
On the day of the appointment, if you no longer require one of the services you have booked, you will still be charged for all booked services if the therapist's time has been blocked to accommodate this.

If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible to allow us to try to complete your appointment where possible. Please note if your treatment has to be cut short you will still be charged the full cost of the service booked.

Right to refuse
We do not tolerate any form of aggression or abusive behaviour towards our staff or clients. In the event of any behaviour of this sort the perpetrator will be asked to leave and no further appointments will be offered.

Pricing and refunds
Some of our prices have a "from" price range. This is because we have junior/graduate therapists who will charge less as they learn/practice and gain confidence. Please ensure you check your confirmation email for the price. Anything rescheduled between therapists could affect the price of treatment. It is the client's responsibility to check for this.

If you have issue with any service with any provided, please let us know as soon as possible. You may be offered advice or a free check-up appointment to assess the issue and work together on a resolution. Refunds will not be issued as products and time have been used.
