We wanted to let you know that Shannon, our newest recruit to the salon, is amazing us all with how quickly she's developed her talents in the salon. Shannon joined us as a makeup artist and has rapidly developed into an all round therapist rising to the many training challenges and is now qualified in a range of treatments at The One Lounge. Shannon can offer you a blow dry or hair up with your makeup and her artistry in makeup is ideal for stunning nail art which she loves creating for her clients. She has also completed the Magpie nail extensions course so can deliver whatever you need to make your nails sparkle! Shannon has also trained in HD brows ,eye brow waxing and tinting, lash lift and tanning.

Radio Frequency
Fibroblasts are the connective tissue cells that produce collagen and elastin.
Heating the deeper dermis to a constant 40-45°C stimulates fibroblast action and, in turn, increases the synthesis of new collagen and elastin fibres. This thermal trauma, which occurs to 5-30% of the collagen fibres, causes an immediate contraction of the fibres.
This contraction results in the production of new collagen. The diameter of the collagen fibres in the treated area is increased, and the spaces between the fibres are visibly reduced under a microscope.
This tightens the skin’s appearance and stimulates the increase in blood supply.
