It was great to be back in the salon today! Clare was fantastic and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, even with the new PPE etc.! The salon is very well prepared with the appointment system, hand sanitiser and screens in place. All treatments, including gel nails, were carried out in a private treatment room to ensure social distancing where possible! It’s great to get back to some sort of normality, thank you!

Julia and Kelly did the makeup for myself, mum and two bridesmaids for my wedding day on the 9th February. They were both fantastic and we all had a great laugh the morning of getting ready. Julia especially was great with me as I don’t wear makeup and had a lot of reservations about getting my makeup done but she was so patient and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed that the outcome of it all was just beautiful. I was lucky enough to try out the new advanced treatment on offer for removal of skin blemishes Advanced Blemish Removal. I'd just like to say how professional, friendly and knowledgeable these girls are - every single one of them! I was given fantastic advice on everything from cleansing to moisturising to why skin blemishes appear! It was meant to be a 'semi painful' treatment but I was made to feel completely at ease and totally relaxed throughout, to the point where I didn't even notice any pain at all really. I come here for usual treatments (nails and eyebrows etc) but I'm definitely going to be coming back for more and more of the treatments on offer. Thanks ladies!! Xxx

The girls were very knowledgeable on skin issues and were very quick to help and advise what was best for me. I visited the salon yesterday for the lucious legs massage. This was a lovely treatment and would be fantastic pre holidays. The only negative feedback i would give is that while i was wrapped in the plastic i was very cold. Either the room could benefit from some heating or perhaps the bed being heated. My friend had the same treatment and felt the same.

The massage, the atmosphere, the beautiful salon, the lovely lovely small touches, the staff. It's just amazing. Won't go anywhere else now ever, it would just be a waste of money and time. X

I've just had a great massage from Joanne and wanted to say it is the best massage I have had for a long time. I am a massage junky so know my stuff!! I have had massages in Cyprus, Turkey, Australia and Bali. I have been on swanky hotel spa days and in expensive city centre chains pas, but this was by far the best I have experienced in along time.
Joanne suggested a massage and then tweaked it to suit my needs. She used great techniques and used hot towels, pillows and masques which kept it interesting as well as soothing.
Well done Joanne you have perfected the art of massage to a T!

I went to the one lounge on Friday to get prepped for a wedding (eyebrows and spray tan). All the girls are very friendly and professional and both treatments were great! My tan dried quickly, had a nice scent and was a lovely colour in the morning. Could not recommend this salon more!
