We are delighted to welcome Paul who specialises in sports therapy to The One Lounge; he will hold a clinic once a month in our Glasgow salon.
First clinic running on Tuesday 15th March.
With extensive experience in the industry and an endless list of qualifications here's a short bio from Paul.
"Hi Everyone My Name is Paul Docherty I've Been a Sports Therapist For 22 Years Graduating From Motherwell College Hnc Sports Coaching and Human Development. Glasgow Central College HND in Sports Therapy Bsc Abertay University, Diploma in Advanced MFR Active Health in Manchester And ITM In Chang Mai Thailand.
For Over 22 Years I've had the pleasure of working with MSK injuries Sports and Non Sports. Dealing with Acute and Chronic Pain. I am A Qualified Intra Muscular Therapist (Dry needling Acupuncturel) Osteopathic Manipulation and Mobilisation. Diploma In Advanced Myofascia Release and Remedial Massage. Level 3 Thai Massage. Thai Bamboo Massage and Cupping. Diploma in Maitlands and Milligan Mobilisation Techniques. Sweedish Massage. Kinessionand Sports Tapping. Level 3 Yoga Teacher.
I mostly specialise in dealing with Chronic Pain and regaining movement often through combination therapy and exercise prescription. My own passion is Teaching Yoga and Doing Calisthenics exercises. Running and Climbing mountains."
