What a start to our return!!

The last couple of weeks have been amazing with so many of our lovely clients returning for their much missed massage.

We have had a few hurdles but all settled in now wearing our ppe to keep us all safe whilst enjoying the power of touch.

Its wonderful to be able to provide such an amazing, stressbusting treatment, for both body and mind.

A big thank you from us

Can’t believe that’s our first week finished. Just wanted to write a message to say thank you to everyone that has visited us and who will be visiting us soon.

Also a massive shout out to the girls. They never fail to amaze me, doing all treatments in what feels like a sweat suit 😂 and still managing to have each other in stitches laughing as always. It feels amazing to be back together again and see you all. Thanks again for all your amazing support ❤️

HOW TO PREVENT MASKNE!

With this week's announcement on having to wear masks in shops as well as public transport, a wearing mask is something we will all have to get used to. This will be our ‘new normal’ way of life.

There are many ways wearing a mask can play havoc on your skin. We’ve had so many NHS workers contact us asking for help with irritation, dryness or acne?

So what is vital for your skin whilst wailing a mask daily?

MAKEUP ROUTINE
Wearing a mask or face cover means you might need to reapply lower face makeup more often, which can trap dirt and oil throughout the day. We recommend investing in a high grade mineral makeup such as our Jane Iredale to avoid congestion of pores which can lead to excess oil, blackheads and breakouts.

SKIN CARE
Double cleansing will be more important than ever, helping to enhance your skin and give it a healthy glow and well as reliving congestion, blackheads irritation the mask will cause. Check out our huge Dermalogica cleansing selection to suit every skin type.

This however can be expensive so if your wearing a fabric mask make sure they are washed daily as they will trap dead skin cells, oil, dirt and makeup. Think of this as your second pair of pants! Hopefully you’re not wearing them 2 days in a row 😁
