The benefits of essential oils

We use essential oils all the time within the salon, in massage, facials and in our oil burners to create the perfect ambience.

Massage has so many beneficial effects, adding an essential oil potentially enhances the effects.
Here's a blend you can use at home, in a diffuser, oil burner, in a bath or mixed with a body lotion or massage carrier oil to combat and help emotional stress, low mood and anxiety.
Geranium - is an excellent all round balancer, eliminates waste and congestion, calms nervous fatigue and regulates hormonal function.
Bergamot- calms anxiety, helps combat depression, encourages confidence and revitalises.
Ylang ylang- helps ease anxiety, fear, depression and panic. Helps regulate breathing has a beautiful sweet exotic aroma.
